Second
Lieutenant Jeremiah L. Blackburn is a Chaplain
Candidate in the United States Air Force
Reserves. In this program, he trains with
active duty Chaplains to experience the Chaplain
career field.
Lieutenant Blackburn is
a native of New Carlisle, Ohio where he attended
and graduated from Tecumseh High School in 1994.
He immediately enlisted in the United States Air
Force and served nine and half years active
duty. He is married to the former Kristen
Harbin.
